80 design engineers, 11 project managers. 3days for mold flow, one week for mold 3D design.
CAD, CAM, ProE5.0, UG5.0, Cartia have been used. Mold flow have to be done before mold design to find best gate, get best cycle time.
Advance facilities.
With one 5 axis Cairo Span CNC machine, 2 Fanc high CNC machine, 10 CNC machine totally, 4 pieces of two heads EDM, 20 EDM machine totally, 10 wire cutting machine. 10 injection machine, biggest one is 1600 ton, small one is 30 ton. All the electrode have to be inspected. 3D inspector is in house.

Quotation will be made within 24 hours. Weekly mold progress report will be supplied at every Friday. In order to supply excellent, convenient communication service to customer, our working time is from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing time (two shifts).
